He did his graduate diploma in business management and subsequently did a MBA (Master in Business Administration) from Indian School of Business Management, Thane MUMBAI. He did Post graduate diploma in business administration (Healthcare & Hospital Administration) from Karnataka State Open University (KSOU), Mysore. He is pursuing Advance Post Graduation Diploma in Health Care & Hospital Management (APGDHHM) from James Lind Institute, New York- USA. He completed his Doctorate of Management - PhD in Hospital Laws and Management from Indian School of Business Management, Thane MUMBAI in 2020-2021. His past experience includes working as Hospital Administrator cum Head Operations with best hospitals in Punjab. He had an enriching tenure as General Manager – Quality & Operations with M/s Hartej Hospital, Amritsar (PB).
